September 8, 2017I'm a teacher because of Mr Buckler and the 67 - 71 years spent at SPDHS. Even came back to see him after I earned my Masters. There I met Mr Craddock and immediately liked him. I knew he would leave a legacy behind him and these testaments ring true. A hellava man he was. They say God has a special place in Heaven for teachers. I think it's true and that he is there with all the others...reaping his rewards for all the good he did for countless numbers of people while here. As long as you remember him, he is always with you!Posted by:

September 6, 2017Teaching us couldn't have been easy. I can remember you frequently saying, "If ignorance is bliss, South Point, Ohio must be the happiest place on earth." You didn't just teach me, you instilled a desire to learn and teaching someone how to learn is the single greatest thing you can teach them.Posted by:

September 4, 2017I remember Mr. Craddock. I had him as a teacher in High School. Many years later he was my Counselor at DUI School. I am ashamed to admit that I was there but that was a long time ago and what he taught me there did help. He was a Great Man that was very kind and had a hilarious personality. He will be remembered always. Rest In Peace Stan.Posted by:

September 4, 2017We've knew Stan many years. Both our children had him in high school as their teacher. We all went to South Point Church of Christ together. He was a very intelligent honest man. At a low point in my life (Peggys) he asked me to help him chaperone one of the high school proms, to help take my mind off my own family problems. Strange but there were many times our dear friend came to the rescue of others making THEM feel important. Stan's kindness will be missed.Posted by:
