    Toby Jake Walters, 50, of South Point, OH passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at his home. He was born October 17, 1966 in Martin, KY, a son of the late Wince Walters and Helen Bray Walters. Toby was a barber. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Orris Ray Bray. Surviving are three sisters, April (Jonathan) Stewart of South Point, Deloris (Jerry) Hall of Dema, KY and Angela (Jason) Mullins of Richmond, KY. There will be no local services.
