    Roger Lee Black, 50, of South Point, OH died Sunday, March 20, 2016 in Ashland, KY.  He was born October 11, 1965 in Huntington, WV, a son of the late Melvin Black, Jr. and Jean Blankenship France of South Point.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Kevin Black and Melvin D. Black.  He is also survived by a sister, Angela Black and his step-father, John France.  Graveside services will be 12pm Friday, April 1, 2016 at Union Hill Cemetery, Chesapeake, OH.  Slack and Wallace Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
