Kay Lynn Kinder Gibson

Kay Lynn Kinder Gibson, 74, of South Point, OH, passed away Friday, May 12, 2017 at Jo-Lin Health Center, Ironton, OH.  Funeral services will be 12 PM Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH.  Burial will follow at Sycamore Cemetery, Culloden, WV.   Kay was born December 23, 1942 in Lawrence County, OH, a daughter of the late William Roy and Mary Leatha Jordan Kinder.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Buford Gibson; 4 brothers, William Curtis Kinder, Elmond Kinder, Aubrey Kinder and Barney Kinder.  Kay is survived by her sister, Barbara Pennington of South Point, OH; and several nieces and nephews.  Friends may call from 11 AM to 12 pm Thursday before the service at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
