Teddy Lee Workman

Teddy Lee Workman, 74 of South Point, Ohio passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Cabell Huntington Hospital.  He was born May 2, 1942 in Logan, WV, a son of the late Sherman and Mildred Williams Workman.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a half-brother, Lowell Thomas Workman.  He was a veteran of the United States Navy having served in Vietnam.  Teddy is survived by his wife, Norma Jean Sheppard Workman; children, Teddy Wayne Workman of Gypsy, WV, Rebecca Workman of Logan, NC, Sandra Workman of Chapmanville, WV; a step daughter, Cathy (Brent) Fugett of South Point, OH; two sisters, Lana (Steve) Brandon of Newark, OH and Barbara (Benjamin) Varner of Chapmanville, WV;  two brothers, Eddie (Anna) Workman of Chapmanville, WV and James (Peggy) Workman of Newark, OH; half-brother, Samuel Carter Workman of Huntington, WV; several grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.  Per Teddy’s request there will be no services.  Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH is assisting the family with arrangements.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
