WANDA F. BRIDGEMAN, 82, of South Point, OH, passed away Tuesday, October 02, 2012 at Community Hospice, Ashland, KY. Funeral services will be 1 PM Friday, October 5, 2012 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH with Pastor Lou Ashworth officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point, OH. Wanda was born January 10, 1930 in Chesapeake, OH, a daughter of the late Harvey and Mabel Williams Keeney. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by three brothers, Merlyn Keeney, Bob Keeney and William Keeney. She graduated from Coal Grove High School, was a roller for General Cigar Company in Huntington, WV and a member of Burlington Baptist Church. Wanda is survived by her husband, William “Bill” Bridgeman; one daughter and son-in-law, Patty (Gary) Daniels of South Point, OH; one son, David Bridgeman of Zanesville, OH; five grandchildren, Brianna and Cassie Bridgeman, Jason (Erica) Allen, Jami (Matt) Dean, Mandy (Trent) Smoot; three great grandchildren, Carlee, Austin and Wyatt Smoot; a special person in Wanda’s life, Sherri Bridgeman of Hilliard, OH; and her church family.
