    Lee Michael Collins, 31, of Ashland, KY died Thursday, March 28, 2019.  He was born October 30, 1987 at Ft. Knox, KY, a son of Elaine Saunders (Stephen) Schwartz of Richmond, KY and Brooks Lee Collins of Elizabethtown, KY.  In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Sara Collins of Elizabethtown, KY and his maternal grandmother, Joyce Saunders of Ashland, KY.  A Celebration of Life service will be held 3:30 PM Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Grace Culture Church, 2020 Carter Avenue, Ashland, KY 41101.  Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH is assisting the family with arrangements.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
